Going backwards, chronologically, I am currently working in the Fraud department of a major US credit card issuer. Prior to that I used to work in the customer operations department of the same. Experience, working in these two positions, has been quite valuable having learnt the tid-bits of how customer management is done on the operations side, the different issues that can crop up and how to use an information based strategy to tackle them.
